Situated at the west end of Zuma Beach, Broad Beach represents some of the most desirable beachfront real estate in all of Malibu.

The homes here are situated on large, deep lots, with frontage on the sandy beach beyond. A single lot on Broad Beach is typically 40 feet wide, though many of the larger estates can boast double this and over. In recent years, the area's popularity has skyrocketed, and many of Malibu's more noteworthy transactions have taken place along this stretch of coast.

Originally named for its incredibly large beach, much of the sand was lost to the sea in a major storm, and a rock wall was installed to protect the homes. The Broad Beach Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) has been actively working towards a sand replenishment project that would see the beach restored to its former self.
